ALDP - What we do.
Our facilitation creates safe, stretching spaces where leaders experiment, get feedback and act.
Through our experiential workshops delivered in person or virtually, we help deepen leaders’ self‑awareness and emotional intelligence for real‑world team leadership.
We use live business scenarios to sharpen thinking, make decisions, give feedback and support with coaching.
As experienced facilitators we role model clear communication, healthy challenge and inclusive and psychologically safe team practices.
We work together to surface and work through personal blockers in the room, and we ensure that leaders commit to practical next steps they can experiment and test when they are back at work.
Supporting people to think clearly, act confidently and lead effectively. We help grow leaders’ vertical development so they can think systemically, hold multiple perspectives and lead in complexity.
With our support senior leaders reflect on identity, purpose and legacy to lead with clear intent and strategic alignment both 1:1 or as a team coaching intervention.
We use 1:1 coaching to uncover and shift deep‑rooted mindsets and patterns limiting effectiveness.
In all our coaching we provide confidential space to navigate ambiguity, think through high‑stake decisions, understand stakeholder tensions and life and/or career transitions with resilience and clarity.
Partnering with organisations on learning strategy, leadership development and change. We work in partnership with key decision makers to shape learning and leadership strategies that support business goals.
Together we diagnose current culture, capability and gaps, then co-design targeted interventions that fit your context.
With our experience in-house and as consultants we advise on how to integrate workshops, coaching and on-the-job learning into a coherent development journey.

At ALDP we would love to partner with you because we love the work that we do. We specialise in end‑to‑end design and delivery of immersive, experiential leadership journeys that create deep mindset shifts, build self‑awareness, and embed lasting behaviour change in real organisational contexts.
We are adept in doing this face-to-face and virtually, using a mix of small and large group discussions, breakouts, reflections and the opportunity for people to try and do things differently in a safe, challenged and supported way.
We have lived experience bringing over 20 years of strategic consulting, corporate leadership, program design, facilitation and executive coaching experience, using psychological vertical development approaches to surface powerful insights and growth in leaders.
We’re a globally minded, culturally aware team that understands what it takes to work well across international organisations. We bring experience in psychometrics, certifications, and practical coaching and development tools, and we use them in ways that feel real, useful, and engaging.
